ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Within 1 semester of completing or an earned a Baccalaureate degree from a well recognized University(Fresh Graduate)
- Official transcripts from ALL post-high school institutions attended
- Program prerequisites with a minimum of a “B” grade in all courses. Minimum prerequisite and cumulative GPA's of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. 1st class or Student with very strong 2.1 preferred
- Meet English proficiency requirements, if foreign born. 6.0 overall
- Three pre-professional recommendations
- No particular degree graduate preferred but a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work or Health related studies gives Student most of the prerequisites needed for enrollment.

- Functional cognition.
- Home and environmental adaptations.
- Work and job placement with accommodations reflective of need.
- Coaching to support socialization for individuals maturing into adolescence and young adulthood with disabilities.
- Preventive health for adults with chronic diseases who live in rural locations.
- Traditional pediatric, adult, aging adult occupational therapy services.
- Community mobility including driving evaluations.
